R Franklin Salon Policy

Consultation services usually take about 10 to 15 min depending on the services being rendered. All coloring services are required to have a consultation. 

After (1) no show to an appointment clients will be required to pay 50% upfront to be allowed another appointment. (We have the right to refuse service at any time.)

Our waiting are is for clients being serviced only. Friends, family or children are not allowed in the waiting area unless being serviced.

Cash / Cash App / Zelle / All Major Credit Cards are accepted for services and products. Tips are also excepted in cash. Checks are NOT excepted as a form of payment.

If for any reason there is an error with a cut/color ONLY, we will gladly correct the cut/color within (1) week of original service. (We have the right to refuse service at any time.)

All sales are final on hair extension/product purchases. If at anytime there is a defect or problem with a purchase , we will gladly exchange within (1) week with in store purchase and (14) days with an online purchase. All products must be unused and in the same condition as purchased for an exchange.
